Called 'Fairy Name Generator'

mine is:
Your fairy is called Yarrow Rainbowglitter
She is a fortune bringer.
She lives close to vixen and badger sets.
She is only seen in the light of a shooting star.
She dresses in black and white like a badger. She has multicoloured wings like a butterfly.
Favorite Children's Poems Pt. 1
Picked up an old book of mine[well, originally my grandfather's book, from his childhood. hes now deceased, but still means a LOT to me. :) ]
and it's called Poems and is from the Junior Classics - The Youngfolks Shelf of Books
-->and found a few very cute poems i thought i would share.
--> this book is Copyrighted back from 1912. :)
Poems:
- - - - - - - -
-->Weather Song:
When the weather is wet,
We must not fret.
When the weather is cold,
We must not scold.
When the weather is warm,
We must not storm--
Be thankful together,
Whatever the weather.
-->
There is very little trouble
That happens use to-day,
It's the sorrow of to-morrow
That drives our joys away.
We sometimes sit and wonder
And stew and fume and fret
For fear something may happen,
But it hasnt happened yet.
-->
Hearts, like doors, will open with ease
To very, very little keys,
And don't forget that two of these
Are, "I thank you," and "If you please!"

Wrong baby wrong - lyrics & song/video
wrong baby wrong baby wrong
it aint the end of the world
dont you worry, pretty girl.
cause now that he's gone,
baby gone baby gone
you got NOTHING to lose
count the minutes if you want to.
it wont be long
baby long baby long
until you find -- somebody new
come on now
everyone falls down -- everyone crawls now and then
then they get up again.
you can cry if you want to -- thats what we all do
but if you think you'll never move on, you're already...
cry baby cry baby cry
go on and let it all out.
i aint leaving you now.
and we can fly, baby fly,
lets share a bottle of wine -- and we can laugh about the good times
&& you'll know why
baby why baby why;
its gonna be alright
come on now
everyone falls down -- everyone crawls now and then
then they get up again.
you can cry if you want to
but if you think you'll never move on, you're already wrong.
no you aint wrong
baby wrong baby wrong
-->there's nothing wrong with moving on
when you know he's good and gone.
come on now
everyone falls down -- everyone crawls now and then
then they get up again.
you can cry if you want to
--thats what we ALL do.
but if you think you'll never move on
you're already wrong.
wrong baby wrong baby wrong.

An Education
Finally finished City of Bones a couple of nights ago....
last night had fun bbq with Jess & the Coleman Fam
--then we watched Precious(finally saw it...!)
then i came home and watched An Education.
--I really liked Precious, but for some reason i really LOVED An Education.
--Now i'm reading City of Ashes...and trying to study for my ArtHistory final in a couple of weeks.<3

David: Do you go to concerts?
Jenny: No. We don't believe in concerts.
David: Oh, I assure you, they're real.
Jenny: If people die the moment that they graduate, then surely its the things we do beforehand that count.
Jenny: I dont want to lose my virginity to a piece of fruit.
Jenny: If you never do anything, then you never become anyone.
Jenny: It's funny though isn't it?
All that poetry and all those songs, about something that lasts no time at all.
Jenny: It's not enough to educate us anymore Ms Walters.
Youve got to tell us why youre doing it.

Fun Weekend
Had a really fun day today.:)
Went to Borders with Tori--[we also hungout last night//saw the Last Song together...which turned out to be a fun movie to watch. I'm not the biggest Miley Cyrus fan in the world...to put it nicely...but she did a pretty decent job in this movie...and the male-lead was very good. and cute.]
--after movie, we got slurpees, and chilled at her house for awhile. she tried to get me to buy the Iron Man 2 Cup for my slurpee[im a hugeee robert downey jr AND iron man fan.]
--...i think i reacted by saying something like 'are you kidding me? do you KNOW how many calories would fit in this thing?' hahah.
--they were delish. and it was so fun just hanging out//talking at her house--so so nice to get out of mine...and to just have nice, sober, relaxed time together.
[even though im ALWAYS sober when i see her...but ive been kind of scooting away from the 'party' scene lately...im just not real into that right now. not interested in drinking much lately.]
--today--> at Borders, was fun. She bought the Purpose Driven Life[just started reading it about a week ago for a group which my ex's mother made for me, and she is leading it...and Tori is going to be coming too! woohooo!! :) ]
--Borders was fun. The girl behind counter, when i was ordering my vanilla-coffee javakula[so delicious..] asked for my name, and then said, 'OH Holly!! I remember you!! You used to come here all the time' -- i was all, 'Uhhh you remember me? Haha yeah, i did. I havent been in here in soo long..a few months i think...i really need to start coming back here again.' and she goes, 'Yeah, you really should.'
^^This was so nice..and unexpected!! Especially since I didn't remember her at all, but i did love the reddish tint to her hair.
--Anyways, had a great time just cheeling//drinking mah coffee, talking with Tori. So so fun...making jokes about imagining two giant angels standing in back of each of us, i said hers was blue and mine was pink. hahah.
--we decided that during group, we'd draw ninja drawings of her saving me from my ex, and attacking him with a niinja sword in my honor, because the book says a tthe very beginning that you should do the program with a Partner.
--i told her how about a week ago, while i read this intro part about writing your Partner's name down on the front page as well as yours, i thought to myself , 'BUT what if you just broke up with your BOYFRIEND?? do you not have a partner anymore??!' --and slowly turned the page. hahaha.
^I cant believe i actually thought that to myself.
--So we're new 'partners', and i have now deemed us as ninja-sword-throwing partners as well.
--Then we read the part about how we need a 3rd partner, & rope has 3 sections tied in, then we thought...well our leader is our 3rd partner?
Then Tori read my mind and said,' No, JESUS.'
i said,' YES. Jesus. youre right.'
then we both looked to the empty chair-at the side of our table.
HAHAHA. i love her. i could keep writing about our inside-jokes all night.
ANYWAYS--this is beyond the point...
--i made my dad watch New Moon with me tonight. He liked it..like how he liked Twilight. He's still holding out for the action-packed-Eclipse which comes out in June, though.
(director is same director who did 30 Days of Night with Josh Hartnett. I liked that movie.)
--now im really craving to re-read Eclipse...and finish City of Bones, so i can let Tor borrow it. [so excited..got City of Ashes in mail the other day. Along with Dr Wayne Dyer's The Power of Intention. <--mastin kipp from the Daily Love has recommended this book over and over/how it completely changed his life.]
--Then i forced my dad to watch 'Twilight in Forks' , because i rented it a few days ago and its due back Monday.
--Then I started writing down a ton of names which I really like...i'll put those in a seperate post, or else this will be WAY WAY TOO long.

April 4th Some Inspiration
Needed a little boost while trying to study for my Art History exam tomorrow..
[having an extremely hard time forcing myself to study something im not naturally very good at memorizing!!/all the ancient greek statues & architectures]
--"They thought the victory had taken place on the field that day in the public eye. But I knew it happened months before in the privacy of my own head, when I decided to face my fears, to stop holding back, to brace myself for one supreme effort. Beating Air Force was a much easier challenge than overcoming myself. Private victories always come before public victories. As the saying goes, "We have met the enemy and he is us." --Sean Covey, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens
ps...happy easter!

a City of Bones kinda day.
--art history -- such a hard class NOT to procrastinate for (meaning, procrastinating is way too easy for this class.)
--last night i ended up reading City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
for atleast 3 hours...? Was up til about 5 am??
It's worth it. The storyline is SO fun.
And there are SO many fun sci-fi-ish details added in, about the Shadowhunters (Jace Wayland, Alec and Isabelle Lightwood) & Clary(& her best friend Simon) who's mother is kidnapped -- & Jace and his clan of Shadowhunters help find her mother//figure out Clary's background story//help her get to the truth of who she is.
--she realizes shes actually a Shadowhunter by blood as well(they fight all of the Downworlders; like demons, vampires, werewolves, faeries, etc etc)
--its SOOO fun to read. And I love that Jace sounds delicious, and his character is hilarious. His humor sort of reminds me of EdwardCullen from Twilight...but even funnier. Sometimes.
--Clary is a great main character, because shes vivacious, and even though she's not PHYSICALLY strong, emotionally her strength stands out considerably in this book.
--I love that Isabelle has a golden whip that she uses to kill things.
ps::here are some actors i think//and some other fans think as well//would fit the Mortal Instruments Series roles VERY well::
--Clary:: [im kind of undecided...]
--Isabelle:: Summer Glau

girls killing things." [Jace] "I like anyone killing things," he said equably. "Especially me."

ahhhh. so now i really really need to study for Art History,
since I have an exam on Tuesday of this upcoming week;
and i still barely know my crap.
--I'm also reading a book called 'Scouting the Divine' by Margaret Feinberg
+ I am really enjoying it so far.
+One quoted review for her so far is:
"Feinberg is a gifted storyteller and spiritual teacher. She has a knack for leading us to an 'aha' insight or a reflective 'hmmm.'" -- The Dallas Morning News
^^Couldnt have worded it better myself.
Ok have a good day everyone. :)
I'll probably be back on here later this afternoon.<3

jason mraz - 'please dont tell her' lyrics
Jason Mraz - 'Please Dont Tell Her'
[i loveee this song, and these lyrics.
its about time i posted them.]
- - - - - - - - - - - -
I hear she's kicking ass across the board and rock two hundred thousand higher scorer
Just in time to save the world of being taken over
She's a warrior
I couldn't play again because the game it never ended it never even landed on the can
And never let me in to spend my quarter
There's no love for me no more
Say it isn't so
How she easily come, and she easy go
Please don't tell her that I've been meaning to miss her
Because I don't
She was the girl with the broadest shoulders
But she would die before I crawled over them
She is taller than I am
She knew I wouldn't mind the view there
Or the altitude with a mouth full of air
She let me down the doubt came out until the now became later
Say that it isn't so
How she easily come, how she easy go
Please don't tell her that
'Cause she don't really need to know
That I'm crazy like the rest of us
And I'm crazier when I'm next to her
So why after the all of everything that came and went
I care enough to still be singing of the bitter end and broken eras
I told you I don't but
I am only trying to be the best with my intent to cure
The rest is sure to lay me ease the plural hurts of the words of reverse psychology
That's easier said
Easier than done
Please don't dare tell her what I've become
Please don't mention all the attention I have drawn
Please don't bother cause she'll feel guilty when I'm gone
Because I'm crazy like the rest of us
But I'm crazier when I'm next to her
And it's amazing how she's so self-assured
But I know she'd hate me if she knew my words
Do I hurt anymore
Do I hurt, well
I don't
I don't
I don't
